Interesting Election Law Blog

Essentially by chance, this morning I discovered an election law blog produced by Rick Hasen, a professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. (Those Jesuit institutions are everywhere.)

Professor Hasen is author of The Supreme Court and Election Law and a prolific contributor of articles to law journals.

Hasen's blog provides daily links to informative articles about all aspects of election law around the country -- campaign finance, redistricting, voting equipment decisionmaking, procedural matters -- that are of particular importance to election officials (like myself) but should also be relevant to candidates, political party leaders, and campaign officials.

Based on a cursory review of his own articles linked from his blog, Professor Hasen and I do not see eye-to-eye on every issue, but I am glad to find this easy-to-navigate resource regarding the dense thicket of election law.
